The Donkey Kong arcade line up---- so beautiful! Originally a popeye game (far left) and then reskinned with some characters from another game (Mario Bros) equates to Donkey Kong.... and then the not-as-fun sequals. But that is my opinion. I am sure you love them all the same.

Super Mario Land 2

Oh MAN! This game was tough when I was younger. A lot of fun but I remember pouring hours into this game.

The Gameboy versions of the popular Mario Franchise. This game was--- okay. A bit tough for me as a kid but still fun!

Look at those colors! Though not the original SNES artwork, it is still great use of pastel colors and another amazing game!

Another fond memory was opening Super NES on xmas morning and soon afterward, playing this gem. Oh, memories!

Super Mario Bros USA

Ok, I am sure you have all heard this a hundred times so I am just going to gloss over the subject. This is the box art for the Japanese version of the American version of Mario Bros 2. Originally Doki Doki Panic, it was reskinned to be an easier alternative to the tough-as-nails mario bros 2 (released as lost levels in the US)




This artwork is a lot better than the bland Mario Bros 2 artwork.


As a bonus:

I remember seeing this ALL the time when I was younger at Toys R Us. I never got it (how traumatic, right?!) but it is all good--- my cousin DID have it so we played it over there all the time! WIN!

Super Mario Bros

This one started it all for me. I may not remember the exact moment I first played this game, but playing this was one of my first memories. I remember being stuck at the 3rd or 4th pipe and not being able to jump over it. I was such a noob. Anyway, the Famicom art for the game.
